Job Overview
Officer – Sales is a frontline sales role responsible for acquiring new customers, generating business opportunities, and promoting banking & investment products. This is a target-based field role that involves customer meetings, follow-ups, and travel.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Acquire new customers and build strong business relationships
✅ Identify and convert sales opportunities for banking & third-party products
✅ Manage and deepen relationships with existing customers
✅ Achieve monthly sales targets as per grade (BDE / Officer / AM Sales)
✅ Record all customer interactions and sales activities in CRM
✅ Handle customer queries and ensure high satisfaction levels
✅ Ensure full compliance with KYC, SEBI, and financial regulations
