Job Purpose
To manage and oversee end-to-end branch operations, ensuring smooth disbursement, documentation, customer service, and compliance processes.
Roles & Responsibilities
✅ Handle complete branch operations including:
- Quality check of loan applications
- Disbursement processing & TAT ownership
- File & document management
- Customer service & query handling
✅ Ensure:
- Effective cash & vault management
- Compliance with operational policies & audit readiness
- Timely execution of EOD/BOD activities
✅ Monitor & resolve branch-level operational issues
✅ Ensure adherence to cash deposition policies, BC / banking point setup when required
✅ Share best operational practices across branches
✅ Assist in training Centre Managers to improve efficiency & productivity
✅ Identify and recommend process automation opportunities
Required Qualifications & Experience
🎓 Education: Graduate / MBA (preferred)
💼 Experience: 1–3 years in financial services / banking / NBFC operations
- Prior experience in onboarding, disbursement, or branch operations is an added advantage
