Job Purpose

To manage and oversee end-to-end branch operations, ensuring smooth disbursement, documentation, customer service, and compliance processes.


Roles & Responsibilities

✅ Handle complete branch operations including:

  • Quality check of loan applications
  • Disbursement processing & TAT ownership
  • File & document management
  • Customer service & query handling

✅ Ensure:

  • Effective cash & vault management
  • Compliance with operational policies & audit readiness
  • Timely execution of EOD/BOD activities

✅ Monitor & resolve branch-level operational issues
✅ Ensure adherence to cash deposition policies, BC / banking point setup when required
✅ Share best operational practices across branches
✅ Assist in training Centre Managers to improve efficiency & productivity
✅ Identify and recommend process automation opportunities


Required Qualifications & Experience

🎓 Education: Graduate / MBA (preferred)
💼 Experience: 1–3 years in financial services / banking / NBFC operations

  • Prior experience in onboarding, disbursement, or branch operations is an added advantage
