AP Street Vendors Loan: The Andhra Pradesh government is organizing a special Lok Kalyan Mela for the development of street vendors. Special melas are being held in Eluru district from 24th of this month. Through this mela, street vendors will be connected with various schemes and provided with identity and health cards. In addition, awareness will be created on digital payments. Eligible people will be given loans ranging from Rs. 10 thousand to Rs. 50 thousand at 7 percent interest. Interest subsidy will also be available if the installments are paid regularly.
