Job Summary
More Retail Limited is hiring Housekeepers to maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation standards across supermarket premises. This role ensures a safe, neat, and customer-friendly environment while supporting overall store operations.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Cleaning & Sanitization
- Perform routine cleaning: sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces in all areas.
- Maintain hygiene standards in common areas, storage rooms, and customer spaces.
✅ Stock & Room Preparation
- Arrange and maintain spaces by organizing furniture, refilling supplies, and ensuring tidiness.
✅ Laundry Management
- Handle washing, drying, folding, and replacing linens/towels (if applicable to store format).
✅ Bathroom & Waste Maintenance
- Clean and sanitize washrooms, restock toiletries regularly.
- Collect, segregate, and dispose of waste as per company protocols.
✅ Surface & Equipment Care
- Clean glass, mirrors, windows, floors, shelves, and fixtures.
- Assist in deep cleaning tasks like carpets, upholstery, and high-dust areas.
✅ Inventory & Reporting
- Maintain records of cleaning materials, refill needs, and shortages.
✅ Compliance & Safety
- Follow health and safety standards, use PPE, and support store sanitization guidelines.
- Conduct housekeeping checks and report issues to the supervisor.
