Roles & Responsibilities
✅ Develop and implement sales strategies to meet assigned bancassurance targets
✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with bank partners to drive business growth
✅ Identify cross-selling opportunities within the bank’s existing customer base
✅ Support bank teams in selling life insurance products through training and joint calls
✅ Track sales performance and ensure achievement of monthly revenue targets
