Job Overview

More Retail Limited is hiring a Store In-Charge to manage end-to-end supermarket operations, ensuring seamless customer experience, efficient inventory flow, and smooth team management.


Key Responsibilities

✅ Supervise daily store operations including receiving, stocking, display & inventory control
✅ Ensure the store environment is clean, safe, and visually appealing
✅ Hire, train, schedule, and manage store staff (cashiers, stockers, sales associates)
✅ Assign duties and monitor staff performance to ensure operational efficiency
✅ Handle customer queries, resolve complaints, and ensure high customer satisfaction
✅ Maintain optimal inventory levels and place merchandise orders when required
✅ Track store-wise sales, expenses & prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports
✅ Implement loss-prevention controls like CCTV monitoring & store audits
✅ Ensure compliance with company policies, safety norms & legal regulations
✅ Take business decisions based on report analysis & store performance metrics
