NATS Eligibility Criteria

Fresh graduates eligible under the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS)
β
Passed out within the last 5 years from the date of enrollment

No previous PF or ESIC account should have been generated
β
Candidates pursuing Masters can apply (based on graduation qualification)
β
Final year Bachelorβs students can be enrolled upon submission of e-marksheets
Not Eligible / Exclusions
β MBBS, CA and Law students
β B.Tech / Engineering graduates (as program duration is only 6 months)
β Candidates who have already completed post-graduation (not covered under NATS)
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle branch helpdesk activities
- Lead generation & assist customers with account opening
- Cross-selling of banking products (Savings, Assets, Liabilities)
- Process non-financial customer service requests
(Mini statement, cheque book, nominee update, balance enquiry, etc.) - Outbound customer interaction & documentation support
- Verify customer documents with originals (KYC, EDD, etc.)
- Conduct compliance-based customer visits (HSM etc.)
